The Whitmarsh Academy would like to take this moment to recognize the following in what has been a challenging year and take the opportunity to wish everyone a Merry Xmas and a prosperous New Year.

This year we have been delighted to receive the continued support of the following business's L&G Electrical and Queenstown Health.

To our players parents, your continued support to allow your son and daughters to be part of our TWA projects will always be appreciated. 🙏

To all our coaches and staff who deliver sessions, manage tournament teams, arrange hotels for parents, organize fundraisers etc, its all greatly appreciated.

All the good things happening at TWA don't, if your not involved, so a massive thanks. 👍

To the players, our first year entering tournaments has seen us raise a high standard with Semi Final and Finals being the benchmark for our teams, your willingness to train, learn and understand our vision and philosophy is clear in the performances that you have put in.

Winning games will always be important but also at tournaments the recognition from all the opposition coaches that we show good sportsmanship to enable our teams to be the recipients of 'Fair play' awards is equally if not more important.

In the community this year we have created more social programs in schools and at the Event Centre including holiday camps. We have also coached the WHS Girls Secondary school team to their maiden tournament win.

In 2021/2022 we will be entering tournaments in both New Zealand and in Europe and creating new programs that provide greater opportunities for the players in Central Otago along with cementing our long standing relationship with QAFC.

Thanks for being part of our journey and enjoy your holiday time with your family and friends, and we look forward to seeing as many of you as possible in 2021.⚽
